About me and my practice
My physical practice space in Wisbech is a sensory-friendly, judgment-free zone. Here, unmasking is not just allowedit is protected. There is absolutely no pressure to make eye contact, sit perfectly still, or police your speech. If you need to stim, rock, sit on the floor, or bring a comfort item to your session please do, its important to me that you feel comfortable and at ease, so just choose your seat, kick off your shoes and get comfy.
Experience
Being a therapist has been a meaningful journey for me, I've had the chance to sit with people going through their toughest moments and its taught me so much about strength, vulnerability and the importance of simply being heard. Every Person I've worked with has reminded me how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and supported. Its not easy but its work that constantly inspires me and keeps me grounded. I work with neurodivergent adults (16+), parents and carers of children or adults with additional needs. I tailor my approach to fit each client, no two people will experience issues the same way and thats reflected in the way we will work together.
My aim is to offer a calm, understanding session where you can be yourself no pressure, no judgement, no need to have the right words.
Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, so I keep the booking process as low-friction as possible.

Initial Consultation
The first session with me, I try to keep as relaxed and informal as possible. Its really a getting to know session for us both, where you can tell me what has brought you to counselling and what you would like to gain from it.
Drawing on lived experience and person-centred practice, well move at your pace with kindness, creativity, and respect for the whole of you.
Pull up a chair, kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. Bring your quirks, your worries, your overthinking, your wonderfully complicated self, and lets make sense of things together.
Fees
£45 an hour
£80 couples therapy
£40 student & trainee counsellors and Key workers.
